REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We make socks we're proud of — and we back them. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.
The Funk-Free Guarantee (first order):
Not happy with your first Funkless order? Here's the deal:
- Try a pair on us. Wear one pair. If it's not for you, keep it - there's no need to send a worn pair back. For that pair, at our discretion we'll either refund the price you paid for it or issue you a Funkless gift card worth a little more than you paid, so you can come back and find the pair you'll love. This applies to one worn pair per customer - additional worn or washed pairs aren't eligible.
- Send the rest back. Any unworn pairs can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a refund. We'll email you a prepaid return label - the cost of return shipping is simply deducted from your refund.
The Funk-Free Guarantee applies to your first order only. After that, our standard return terms below apply.
Standard returns (all orders):
Unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. We'll email you a prepaid return label and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks can't be returned under standard terms.
How refunds are calculated:
Refunds and store credit are based on the actual price you paid per pair. If you bought a bundle (for example the Weekly Pack), the per-pair value reflects the bundle price, not the single-pair price.
How to start a return:
Email funklesswear@gmail.com with your order number and which pairs you'd like to return. We'll send you your prepaid label and the steps. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refund timing:
Once we receive and check your returned pairs, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Gift cards are sent by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
Damaged or wrong items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, that's on us - email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you, including shipping.
Non-returnable:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
