SHIPPING POLICY

Everything you need to know about how and when your FUNKLESS order gets to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, fulfilled from our US warehouse. International shipping isn't available yet — but it's coming, so keep an eye out.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day typically begin processing the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. During sales, new launches, and peak holiday periods, please allow a little extra time — we'll always get your order out as fast as we can.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, it typically arrives in 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.

Shipping rates

- Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $50.

Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, email us at funklesswear@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

Changes and cancellations

Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to the order, the items in the order, or the shipping or billing addresses. Please double-check the items in your cart, your billing and shipping information before confirming your order.

Incorrect or invalid addresses

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Delayed: If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us at funklesswear@gmail.com and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • Marked delivered but missing: We do not reship or refund orders that have been tracked and marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your building, then contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
